Planning and Scheduling

We use latest tools in planning and scheduling like Primavera P6 from Oracle and Microsoft Project, using Critical Path Method, to develop WBS and Gantt charts which give a visual look at project’s tasks, relations, and sequence.
We provide Resource loaded schedules, solve resource overallocation, monitor resources to be managed effectively, efficiently, and economically.
We monitor project Progress, to detect early deviations, mitigate variances, and develop corrective actions to make sure that the project meets its objectives of quality, time, and cost.
We assess and Identify projects risks, using Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, Risk defined in ISO 31000 as the effect of uncertainty on objectives, followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities. We use Risk management’s objective to assure uncertainty does not deflect the endeavour from the business goals.
